1) Type in your email address along with the personal subscription code (which can be found in the confirmation email you received when
you first subscribed).
2) Choose the newsletters you no longer wish to subscribe to.
3) Click on the "unsubscribe" button and "save".

(you may need to ask your system administrator to do this).
